Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AuditFlow platform. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AuditFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including account administrators, auditors, and viewers.
2. Description of Service
AuditFlow is a cloud-based software platform for irrigation professionals to conduct, document, and report on irrigation system audits. The service includes audit data entry, report generation, client portal sharing, rebate matching, and related features.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use AuditFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) use the service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; (c) reverse engineer or decompile any portion of the platform; (d) use the service to transmit malicious code or interfere with operations.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all audit data, property records, photos, and other content you create or upload to AuditFlow. By using the service you grant AuditFlow a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
6. Subscription and Payment
AuditFlow is offered on a subscription basis with plans as listed on our Pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Free Trial
New accounts may be offered a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access will require a paid subscription. Trial data is preserved for 30 days after the trial ends.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
AuditFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Audit results and recommendations are informational only.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
