1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AuditFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including landscape contractors, property managers, HOA administrators, and municipal personnel.

2. Account Registration

Accounts require manual approval after registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share account access with individuals outside your organization without explicit written permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AuditFlow only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false or fraudulent audit data
• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users or tenants
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any portion of the platform
• Upload malicious files, scripts, or content of any kind
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without written permission

4. Audit Reports and Data Accuracy

AuditFlow generates reports based on the data you enter. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all findings, measurements, and documentation you submit. Reports generated by AuditFlow do not constitute professional engineering certifications unless conducted by a licensed professional using the platform in accordance with the applicable certification standard.

5. Intellectual Property

AuditFlow and its underlying software are owned by OKFINE Technologies. Your audit data, reports, and photos remain your property. By using AuditFlow, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or temporary suspensions. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

AuditFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. OKFINE Technologies is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including regulatory fines, client disputes, or penalties arising from audit documentation you produce using the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of AuditFlow after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of material changes via email.
