Our story
We didn't start as a
software company.
We started on our hands and knees at 5 AM, reading water meters before the city grid woke up, on commercial properties across South Texas in 105-degree heat.
The irrigation industry's standard diagnostic was a technician with a clipboard, watching sprinkler heads pop up and checking a box if water appeared to spray in the right direction.
That was supposed to protect a community's most expensive utility.
We ran a landscaping and irrigation company in San Antonio. Commercial properties. HOA communities. Municipal parks. The kind of work where you manage 50-zone systems across hundreds of thousands of square feet, and a single undetected leak wastes more water in a month than most homes use in a year.
Thousands of gallons vanished underground undetected while the industry relied on walk-throughs and visual inspections. We knew it wasn't enough.
We developed our own diagnostic methodologies in the field: synchronized meter readings at dawn correlated against dynamic stress readings at peak demand. Per-head flow validation against manufacturer specs. Ghost flow detection by comparing measured zone output against hydraulic baselines.
Scenario modeling to show clients exactly what happens to their water bill under different programs. Tier pricing mitigation. Rebate qualification.
The results were undeniable. We caught subterranean leaks undetected for years. We quantified waste clients didn't know existed. We prevented communities from crossing into punitive pricing tiers by showing exactly where every gallon was going.
“Drought will define water policy for the next generation. We're building the diagnostic infrastructure that helps communities protect every gallon before it's gone.”
What we believe
Measure, don't guess
Every decision should be backed by data captured in the field, not assumptions from a spec sheet. We build tools that quantify what was previously invisible.
Every gallon matters
Water is finite. The systems that move it underground are aging. We treat every gallon as a resource worth tracking, and every leak as a problem worth solving.
Built for the field
The software reflects the reality of fieldwork — not a whiteboard sketch of what it might look like. Every feature was born from a real job site.
Radical transparency
Clients deserve to see exactly what's happening beneath their property. Not with jargon, but with numbers, projections, and dollar amounts.
